Olives oil, cheese, vegetables, eggs, annealed cheese... prosciutto, salame, capocollo, lombetto, pancetta, guanciale, lardo.

At Serpepe we breed black pigs that we call "Cintarelle", today better known like "Cinta Senese". These animals have ancient origins and from centuries they are breed in our land in absolute freedom. Their meat is particularly flavoured, in the years they came replaced with nordic pigs because they were more productive and proliferating. We restart to select them recovering ancient race that was gone losing. We breed them with a biological method, respecting their natural rhythms. The animals live free in the forest and their feeding is only integrated with cereals of our production.

The meats are worked and seasoned like years ago in the respect of our tradition, in this way we can discover the history of our culture and introduce you in the flavours forgotten by the modern life.
